Royal Enfield is all set to launch the much-awaited Scram 440 in January 2025, replacing the older Scram 411. This new bike is designed to offer better performance, a fresh look, and exciting features for adventure lovers.
Engine and Performance
The Scram 440 comes with a powerful 443cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine. This engine produces 25.4 bhp at 6,250 rpm and 34 Nm of torque at 4,000 rpm. Compared to the Scram 411, this bike’s engine is smoother and more efficient, thanks to its updated design. With a 6-speed gearbox, it promises a thrilling and comfortable riding experience on all kinds of roads.
Variants and Design
The Scram 440 will be available in two variants: Trail and Force.
- The Trail version comes with spoked wheels and tube-type tyres, perfect for off-road adventures.
- The Force version offers alloy wheels and tubeless tyres, ideal for city rides.
Both variants feature a 19-inch front wheel and a 17-inch rear wheel. The bike will come in exciting new colors like Trail Green, Trail Blue, Force Blue, Force Grey, and Force Teal. You’ll also notice upgrades like a sleek LED headlight, switchable ABS for safety, and a modern semi-digital instrument cluster.
Pricing
The Scram 440 is expected to be priced slightly higher than the Scram 411, which costs around ₹2.3 lakh. With all the new features, the Scram 440 could cost above ₹2.5 lakh, making it a premium choice for bike enthusiasts.
