Good news for Alcazar buyers! Hyundai has announced a price hike for some of its Alcazar models, which will now be slightly more expensive. Starting from January 2025, the prices for a few variants of the SUV have increased by up to ₹15,000.

Affected Variants:

The price hike impacts specific models of the Hyundai Alcazar, with some variants seeing a price increase between ₹10,000 and ₹15,000. The models affected include:

  • Signature Series – These are the top-end variants, including the Signature 1.5 Petrol DCT 7S and Signature 1.5 Petrol DCT 6S Dual-Tone.
  • Platinum Diesel Variants – The Platinum 1.5 MT Diesel 7S and Platinum Matte 1.5 MT Diesel 7S Dual-Tone models also have the new pricing.

However, don’t worry, if you’re eyeing the Executive or Prestige trims, the prices for these models remain unchanged.

Why Did the Prices Go Up?

Hyundai says the increase in prices is due to higher costs of manufacturing, along with rising inflation in the auto industry. This is something car makers have been facing recently, which leads them to adjust prices for some models.

Features of Hyundai Alcazar:

The Alcazar continues to offer great features for its buyers:

  • Engine Options: You can choose from a 1.5L Petrol or a 1.5L Diesel engine, depending on your preference.
  • Transmission: It comes with both manual and automatic transmission options.
  • Interior and Comfort: The Alcazar boasts features like a 360-degree camera, panoramic sunroof, Bose sound system, and wireless charging to ensure a comfortable ride.
  • Safety: Hyundai has equipped the Alcazar with advanced safety features, including ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) to ensure a secure drive.

What Do the New Prices Mean for You?

The price change means that if you’re looking to buy the Hyundai Alcazar, especially the Signature or Platinum variants, you will need to plan a bit more for your budget. However, the SUV remains an attractive choice for those seeking a stylish and feature-packed family vehicle.
