The Subhadra Yojana is a special scheme by the Odisha government to support families in need, especially women. If you live in Odisha, here’s some great news!
The 4th phase of money under the Subhadra Yojana will be released after January 15, 2025. The Deputy Chief Minister of Odisha, Pravati Parida, confirmed this exciting update!
What’s Happening?
The government had planned to finish checking all the applications by December 30, 2024, but good news: the deadline has been extended until January 15, 2025! This means more time to verify that everyone who qualifies for the scheme gets the support they need.
How Much Money Will You Get?
Once the process is complete, each eligible family will receive ₹10,000 in two payments. The first payment will happen on March 8, 2025, which is International Women’s Day, and the second payment will be made in August 2025, during Raksha Bandhan.
Who Can Benefit from the Scheme?
The Subhadra Yojana is designed to help women and families in need across Odisha. If you haven’t registered yet, don’t worry! You can still apply before March 31, 2025, to be part of the scheme and get the support.
What’s the Process?
Field workers, like Anganwadi workers, are going door-to-door to check who qualifies and to help everyone get registered. They’re making sure the system is fair and that no one misses out.
This is a wonderful opportunity for women and families to get some extra help, and the government is doing everything to make sure the process is smooth and fair!
